Welcome to Base. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, membership offerings, and related programs. By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing services, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or hold a membership. Individuals 16–17 may participate with a parent/guardian signature and supervision, subject to our policies.

Membership fees, terms, and billing schedules are provided at the time of purchase and may vary by membership type.

Unless stated otherwise, memberships automatically renew on a recurring basis until canceled.

It is your responsibility to ensure billing information is current. Failed payments may result in going into Collections.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise described in your membership agreement.

3. Cancellation & Freezes

Cancellation and membership freeze policies vary by membership type. Requests must be submitted through the approved method stated in your membership documentation or at the club. Additional fees or notice periods may apply.

4. Club Access & Conduct

Members must check in upon arrival and comply with facility rules.

We reserve the right to revoke access due to misconduct, threats, inappropriate behavior, or violations of club policies.

You agree not to use equipment or participate in activities beyond your physical ability.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in fitness activities involves risk of injury. By using our facilities or services, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Base Gym and all owners, employees, and contractors from any liability arising from participation.

If you have known medical conditions or concerns, you should consult your physician before engaging in exercise.

6. Personal Training & Classes

Classes and training sessions may require reservations and are subject to availability. Schedules, instructors, and formats may change without notice.

Missed appointments may be charged in full in accordance with our cancellation policy.

7. Text Message & Phone Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages and calls from Base Gym regarding membership, promotions, scheduling, and updates.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message & data rates may apply; message frequency may vary.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Intellectual Property
